§ 16-40-7. Register of approved schools and revocations.
The department of elementary and secondary education or the office of higher education
            shall keep a written record in a book to be provided and used solely for the purpose
            of recording in this book approvals and revocation of approvals at its office in Providence
            for the inspection of any person upon request.
