§ 16-40-6. Degrees conferred after revocation of approval.
The admitting of any person or persons to any grade of a degree by conferring the
            degree upon that person or persons during the continuation of the revocation of the
            approval shall render this academy, college, university, or other institution of education,
            or any officer or member of these, participating in this, liable to the penalty provided
            in this chapter, as though no approval had been granted in the first instance.
