§ 16-40-5. Revocation of approvals.

The approval of the appropriate board as provided in this chapter may for proper cause in the discretion of the appropriate board be revoked, after hearing upon twenty (20) days' notice of the time and place of the hearing given, and of the reasons for the proposed revocation, to any private academy, college, university, or other institution of education by service upon any officer of these, upon proof made at the hearing to the satisfaction of the appropriate board that the provisions of this chapter, or the regulations or standards for approval adopted by the appropriate board to implement this chapt
