§ 16-40-15. Registers and blanks.
The department of elementary and secondary education or the office of higher education
            shall provide registers for all private schools and institutions, and shall prepare
            blank forms of inquiry for the facts called for in §§ 16-40-11, 16-40-12; and in doing so shall have special reference to the requirements of the office of
            education in Washington.
