§ 16-40-13. Promise of employment — Penalty for violations.
No private school shall promise or guarantee placement or employment as a means of
            inducing enrolment, and any person, firm, or corporation which conducts a school contrary
            to these regulations and without the approval of the board of regents for elementary
            and secondary education or the board of governors for higher education shall be considered
            guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than five hundred
            dollars ($500).
