§ 16-32-7. Duties required by federal acts — Annual report to general assembly.
The trustees and officers of the university shall perform all the duties and make,
            publish, distribute, and render all bulletins and reports required by the acts of
            congress or by any act in amendment of these or supplementary to these; and shall
            also report to the general assembly annually at its January session.
