§ 16-32-33. Receipts from sources other than appropriations.

(a) Notwithstanding any general laws to the contrary, all receipts from all sources other than state appropriations shall not be deposited into the general fund of the state, but shall be deposited by the general treasurer of the state into a restricted account for the benefit of the board of trustees, and shall be paid out by the treasurer upon the order of the board, without the necessity of appropriation or re-appropriation by the general assembly.
