§ 16-3-5. Formation of regional planning board.
Regional school district planning committees from any two (2) or more cities or towns
            may join together to form a regional school district planning board or boards. A regional
            school district planning board shall organize immediately upon its formation by the
            election of a chairperson, vice-chairperson, and secretary treasurer.
