§ 16-3-21. Payments by members.
The town or city treasurer of each town or city of the regional school district shall
            forward to the regional school district treasurer on July 1, October 1, January 1,
            and April 1 one-fourth (Â¼) of the amount due for the operation of the regional school
            district for the fiscal year beginning July 1 from each town or city or parts thereof
            comprising the regional school district.
