§ 16-26.1-3. Annual report to general assembly.
The board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall annually, on or
            before January 31st, make a report to the general assembly of the state and condition
            of the Rhode Island vision education and services program and a statement of all expenses
            incurred for salaries, maintenance, tuition, and other items of current expense, together
            with an estimate of the amount of money necessary to meet the current expense of the
            next year.
