§ 16-24-7. Minors with intellectual or developmental disabilities defined.
The term "minors with intellectual or developmental disabilitiesâ€� means all children
            between the age of three (3) and twenty-one (21) who because of delayed intellectual
            development, as determined by an individual multidisciplinary evaluation, require
            specialized instruction appropriate to their individual capacity.
