§ 16-24-16. Approved centers.
For the purpose of furnishing transportation and providing incidental expenses for
            the education of minors with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a center
            approved by the director of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and
            hospitals shall be decreed to be a school as considered in this chapter.
