§ 16-21.8-4. Active shooter simulation.
Students, teachers, and staff are prohibited from being required to participate in
            active shooter simulations. Law enforcement personnel may choose to run an active
            shooter simulation, including simulated gun fire drills; provided that, the drill
            is scheduled only on days when students are not present.
