§ 16-2-21.5. Notification of state school aid to school districts.
Any requirement that the department of elementary and secondary education notify the
            local school districts of state education aid estimates prior to the submission of
            the governor's budget presentation is suspended until further action by the general
            assembly. The department shall provide state education aid estimates based upon the
            governor's budget submission and shall supplement these estimates upon the passage
            of the budget by the general assembly.
