§ 16-11-7. Publication of contracts.
True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement
            shall be kept on file in the office of the commissioner of elementary and secondary
            education and in the office of the secretary of state. The department of elementary
            and secondary education shall publish all contracts in convenient form.
