§ 15-21-7. Foreclosure of lien against real property.

(a) If the department has perfected a lien on real property in accordance with §â€‚15-21-4, then it shall be lawful for the department or its assigns to sell the real property of any defaulting obligor and the benefit and equity of redemption of the defaulting obligor and his or her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, at public auction upon the premises or at any other place that may be designated for that purpose by the department or its assigns, by:
