§ 15-11.1-5. Automatic stay pending compliance hearing.

If an obligor requests a timely hearing to contest the issue of compliance in accordance with §â€‚15-11.1-4, the department may not certify the name of the obligor to a board for noncompliance with a court order of support until the department receives a decision or order of the family court that finds the obligor is not in compliance with a court order of support.
