§ 13-8-24. Case reports to director of corrections.

The parole board shall prepare a report for each application approved, denied, or continued, containing:

(1)a summary of the facts and considerations on which the decision was based;
(2)the majority decision of the board, including any special conditions to be required of the parolee; and (3) the dissent, if any, and the reasons for that dissent; and signed by the members of the board. Copies of those reports shall be sent to the director of corrections.
