§ 13-8-21. Signature and sealing of instruments — Recognition by officers.

All permits and orders of the parole board issued under the authority of this chapter shall be signed by the chairperson and one other member of the board. The board shall have a seal which shall be affixed to all permits and orders issued by it, and to all warrants issued by the chairperson, under the authority of this chapter.
