§ 11-9-19.1. Possession of spray paint by a minor.
(a) No person under the age of eighteen (18) years shall have in his or her possession
            or under his or her control any aerosol container of spray paint. Any person violating
            the provisions of this section shall be subject to a requirement of up to fifty (50)
            hours of community restitution work.
         
(b) Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to possession or use of aerosol spray
            paint containers on property owned or rented by the minor or his or her parent(s)
            or guardian(s).
