§ 11-9-14.1. Compliance with federal statutes and regulations.

The provisions of §§ 11-9-13, 11-9-13.1, 11-9-13.4, 11-9-13.6, 11-9-13.7, 11-9-13.8, 11-9-13.10, 11-9-13.11, and 11-9-13.12 shall be interpreted so as not to be less restrictive than the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, 21 U.S.C. § 387 et seq., including 21 U.S.C. § 387f(d), or than Section 1926 of the federal Public Health Service Act, 42 U.S.C. § 300x-26, or than any regulation promulgated or updated by the United States Food and Drug Administration or the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services arising from the acts; so as to comply with the provisions of the acts and related regulations in
