§ 11-9-13.5. Responsibility for tobacco or health issues.
The Rhode Island department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and
            hospitals shall develop, monitor, and aggressively enforce health rules and regulations
            pertaining to stopping the illegal sale of tobacco products which include electronic
            nicotine-delivery system products to individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age.
