§ 11-50-8. Injunction.
Whenever the attorney general has reason to believe that any promotion or advertising
            scheme or plan of the type set forth in § 11-50-1 is being operated in violation of this chapter, he or she may bring an action in
            the superior court, in the name and on behalf of the people of the state, to enjoin
            the continued operation of the promotion or advertising scheme or plan.
