§ 11-49-10. Penalties.
(a) A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(b) A person who is subject to the penalties of this subsection shall be fined not more than three thousand dollars ($3,000), or imprisoned not more than three (3) years, or both.
