§ 11-47-53. Limitation of prosecutions under §§ 11-47-49 — 11-47-52 — Fines.
No complaint for a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 11-47-49 — 11-47-52 shall be sustained unless brought within thirty (30) days after the commission of
            the offense, and all fines for the violation shall inure to the state.
