§ 11-47-49.1. Firing in Blackstone Valley Flood Plain prohibited.
Every person who shall hunt or discharge any firearm within the Blackstone Valley
            Flood Plains or Marshes, also known as the "Valley Marshes,â€� shall be subject to:
         
(1) A fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars
            ($500) for the first offense;
         
(2) A fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars
            ($500), or imprisonment for sixty (60) days, or both, for the second offense; and
         
(3) For any subsequent off

(2) A fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for sixty (60) days, or both, for the second offense; and

(3) For any subsequent offense a fine of not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for ninety (90) days, or both.
