§ 11-47-35.3. Annual report on application process administration.
The attorney general shall provide the judiciary committees of the senate and house
            of representatives an annual report including the number of applications made pursuant
            to this section for the prior calendar year. The report shall include, but not be
            limited to, the number of applications received from sellers, the number of applications
            resulting in a determination that the potential buyer or transferee was prohibited
            from receipt or possession of a firearm pursuant to Rhode Island or federal law, the
            estimated costs of administering this chapter, and the number of instances in wh
