§ 11-44-9. Firing of weapon near baiting place.
Every person who, between the first day of April and the first day of November in any year, shall maliciously fire any gun, musket, blunderbuss, or pistol, within eighty
(80)rods of any baiting place, not his or her own property, and actually used in
the proper season for the baiting and netting of wild pigeons, shall be fined not
exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00), nor less than five dollars ($5.00).
