§ 11-44-22. Throwing articles at moving vehicles.
Every person who shall willfully throw, shoot, or in any other manner propel a snowball
            or any other object at any moving motor or other vehicle in use upon the roads or
            highways of this state shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding
            five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment not exceeding one year, or both.
