§ 11-44-19. Deposit of debris on Middletown beaches.

Every person who shall deposit or leave on any beach in the town of Middletown, any dead animal, offal, filth, rubbish, waste, or refuse matter, shall be fined twenty dollars ($20.00) for every offense.
