§ 11-44-12.1. Damage to instrumentality of public transportation.
Every person who shall willfully cut or deface or otherwise injure any instrumentality
            of public transportation managed by or belonging to a public corporation shall be
            punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five
            hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both.
