§ 11-44-10. Injurious substances on baiting places.
Every person who shall strew or place any powder or brimstone or other sulfurous substance
            upon any baiting place not his or her own property, or shall burn upon that place
            any of those substances saturated with tar or turpentine, shall be fined not less
            than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00).
