§ 11-41-25. Siphoning of gasoline.
Every person who shall siphon or otherwise steal gasoline from a motor vehicle shall
            be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200) for the first offense,
            and thereafter by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500).
