§ 11-41-23. Larceny of marine equipment.
Every person who shall steal or attempt to steal any boat, marine motor, marine electronic
            equipment, marine rescue or safety equipment, or navigational equipment, or who shall
            fraudulently receive any boat, marine motor, marine electronic equipment, marine safety
            or navigation equipment, or marine equipment with serial numbers removed, shall be
            punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than ten (10) years,
            or by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both.
