§ 11-41-22. Severability of shoplifting provisions.
If any section, clause, sentence, paragraph or part of §§ 11-41-20 — 11-41-22 shall for any reason be adjudged invalid, the remainder of §§ 11-41-20 — 11-41-22 shall not be affected.
