§ 11-37-3.3. Failure to report — Penalty.
Any person who knowingly fails to report a sexual assault or attempted sexual assault
            as required under § 11-37-3.1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by imprisonment
            for not more than one year, or fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or
            both.
