§ 11-36-13. Tampering with railroad switches.

Whoever unlawfully removes, turns, destroys, or tampers with any railroad switch or in any way interferes with the proper working of a switch shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment not exceeding three

(3)years, or both.
