§ 11-35-3. Penalty for violating §§ 11-35-1, 11-35-2.
Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 11-35-1 and 11-35-2 shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding three (3) months.
