§ 11-35-23. Failure to report to law enforcement officers.
An employee of any communication common carrier who has knowledge obtained during
            the course of that employment of any violation of this chapter and willfully fails
            to report that knowledge within seven (7) days to the attorney general shall be guilty
            of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by a fine
            of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or both.
