§ 11-35-20. Termination of service.
Every person or corporation who shall willfully for non-payment of charges cut off,
            discontinue, or otherwise terminate gas, electric, water, telephone, light, heat,
            or power service to any domestic or institutional user on either Friday, Saturday,
            or Sunday or at any time when the office of the person or corporation is not open
            for business or the day before any legal holiday shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
            and fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
