§ 11-22-15. Wire strung across highways.
No wire shall be strung across a highway less than fourteen (14) feet above the surface
            of the highway. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed
            guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than one hundred
            dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
