§ 11-19-28. Fees for seizure and removal of gambling apparatus.
In addition to the fees allowed by law, the officer who shall serve any warrant for
            the seizure of any gambling implements or apparatus under the provisions of this chapter
            shall be allowed the sum of one dollar ($1.00), and for the removing of any gambling
            implements or apparatus so seized to a place of safety, one dollar ($1.00) and all
            necessary expenses incurred in removal. These fees shall be included in the bill of
            costs and taxed by the court.
