§ 11-19-26. Destruction of apparatus seized.
Upon final judgment of forfeiture of implements or apparatus pursuant to § 11-19-24, either in the original or appellate court, or upon forfeiture of the recognizance
            given by the claimant to prosecute his or her appeal according to law, the court shall
            order in writing those implements and apparatus to be destroyed by any officer authorized
            to serve the criminal process of the court, which officer shall make return of his
            or her doings upon the order to the court as in other cases.
