§ 11-19-23. Lease voided by gambling.
Every lease of any house, shop, or place used as a gambling house or place where gaming
            is practiced or carried on, or where pools are bought or sold, shall be void, and
            no notice to the occupant other than a demand for the possession of the premises,
            shall be necessary to eject the occupant.
