§ 11-19-12. Penalty for stamp and coupon violations.
Whoever shall violate any provision of §§ 11-19-9 — 11-19-11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and for each offense shall be punished by a fine
            of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500),
            or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three (3) months.
