§ 11-18-11. Immunity of publishers and advertising media.
The provisions of § 11-8-10 shall not apply to any radio station, television station, publisher of a newspaper,
            magazine or other publication or any other recognized advertising media or printer
            who publishes or prints the advertisement without actual knowledge of its falsity.
            The fact of the publishing or printing of the advertisement shall not be prima facie
            evidence of actual knowledge of falsity or deceptiveness.
