§ 11-16-7. Tampering with packaging.
Every person who tampers with the contents of a package or container for sale to the
            public with the intent to injure a potential user of the contents shall be guilty
            of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not less than three (3) years nor more
            than ten (10) years, or a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or
            both.
