§ 11-16-6. Poisoning in general.
Every person who shall knowingly offer, give or entice any other person to take or
            accept any treat, candy, gift, or food for consumption which is poisonous shall be
            subject to imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than twenty (20) years
            and may be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000).
