§ 961 — Domestic relations section
Pennsylvania·Title 42 JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE·Part PART II·Ch. 9 ORGANIZATION AND JURISDICTION OF·Subch. SECTIONS OF THE STAFF OF THE COURT
Each court of common pleas shall have a domestic relations section, which shall consist of such probation officers and other staff of the court as shall be assigned thereto.
