Text
The provisions of this chapter shall not in any way impair or in any manner affect the rights and remedies of obligees of a continued authority, and, notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all such rights and remedies shall be preserved by this chapter and shall be and shall remain valid, binding and enforceable in all respects. As used in this section, "obligees of a continued authority" shall mean the holders of any notes, bonds, refunding notes and bonds, interim certificates, debentures and other evidences of indebtedness, obligees of contracts or other obligations of an authority established under the former provisions of Article III of the act of January 22, 1968 (P.L.42, No.8), known as the Pennsylvania Urban Mass Transportation Law, or the former provisions of Chapter
